Say it once,clearly, on camera.
Institutional video, internal communication and executive content for companies that need to explain something important to staff, clients or a regulator — and need it understood the first time.

Trusted since 2021
90+ organizations across Honduras — global ad agencies, banks, nonprofits, UN programmes and government institutions among them.
Selected work
Institutional and corporate pieces we've produced.
Why the message actually lands
Most corporate video fails before the camera comes out — the thing being said was never made sayable. That's the part we're strongest at.
Finished to a standard you can put in front of a regulator
Properly lit, properly mixed, subtitled, and cut to work with the sound off — because most of your audience will watch it that way. Long version, short version and social cut come from one shoot, not three.
We've sat in these rooms before
Institutional and internal work for banks, agencies and public institutions — BBDO, Havas, TBWA, Davivienda, Kielsa and the Honduras Green Building Council among them. We know how an approval chain works and we plan the shoot around it.
We direct, so nobody is left guessing
Executives aren't bad on camera, they're badly directed. One session cuts the message down to something a person can say out loud, then we direct it on the day. Nobody is abandoned in front of a lens.
A format chosen for the message, not a habit
Sometimes the answer is a two-minute film. Sometimes it's an animated explainer, or an honest conversation that video is the wrong medium entirely. We'll tell you which on the first call.
What we make
Institutional & company profile
The film you show a client, a partner or a regulator: what the company does, who runs it, and why any of that should be believed.
Internal & change communication
Restructures, new systems, safety and policy — explained so the people affected understand what actually changes on Monday morning.
Executive & leadership content
Direction, coaching and edit for people who don't enjoy being filmed and have to be anyway. The difference is direction, not equipment.
Motion & explainer
Animated explainers for a product, a process or a number that simply doesn't film well no matter who is presenting it.
The executive on-camera brief
A two-page brief you can forward to any executive before a shoot. It covers preparation, wardrobe, and why reading the script is the fastest way to sound false.
- How to prepare in twenty minutes, not a week
- What to wear — and the three things that never work on camera
- Why memorising a script backfires, and what to do instead
How it works
Get the message straight
One working session to cut what you want to say down to something a person can actually say out loud. Most of the value is here.
Direct the shoot
We direct, we don't just operate a camera. Nobody is left alone in front of a lens hoping they're doing it right.
Edit for the channel
A long version, a short version, subtitles, and a cut that still works when it's watched with the sound off — because most of it will be.
Before you ask
Can you film in our offices?
Yes, and usually we should — a real workplace reads better than a studio for institutional work. We scout first so shoot day doesn't disrupt the floor.
How long should an internal video be?
Shorter than you want it to be. Under two minutes for anything announcing a change; longer only when people have a concrete reason to keep watching.
Can you work from our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send the guidelines and any previous pieces — matching what exists is part of the job, not an extra.
Do you write the script?
Usually. You know what needs saying; we're generally better at making it sayable. If you have a script already, we'll edit it rather than restart.
What do you need to explain?
Tell us the message and the audience. We'll tell you the format and a price.
